Jody Renner-Nantz, a food science chemist from D.D. Williamson, will discuss heat and light stability of select red colorings at the Global Outlook for Food Color Conference in Atlanta, Georgia, USA, Wednesday, December 3 - Friday, December 5, 2008.

Jody earned her bachelor’s and master’s food science degrees from Purdue University and University of California – Davis, respectively.
Margaret Lawson, Vice President, Science and Innovation and IFT Past President, serves on the conference’s Advisory Committee to explore the science behind technical innovations, the sensory effects of color, and the effort toward harmonization of food color regulations.
