Wormerveer, the Netherlands 19 August 2008 – Lipid Nutrition, a global leader in lipid-based health ingredients, will participate once more in the popular trade show ‘Health Ingredients’ that will take place on November 4, 5 and 6 in Paris. At the fair Lipid Nutrition will present a wide range of their health ingredient products such as PinnoThin™, Clarinol™ CLA, Marinol™ and Betapol™, and will communicate information about their developments in new innovations and ingredients for the functional food and dietary supplement industry.
At the Lipid Nutrition stand E025 visitors can experience several sensational food applications containing their ingredients. Lipid Nutrition will also contribute to the fair’s Showcase on November 4 (from 2.00 p.m. until 2.35 p.m.) to share their latest insights into the health ingredients business.
The company has reasons to be excited to present itself to the industry at Health Ingredients 2008; last month its product Clarinol™ CLA has been GRAS approved. Clarinol™ CLA is the premier brand of conjugated linoleic acid, a fatty acid and one of the most effective weight management ingredients for functional foods and dietary supplements. The GRAS status comes right after the positive safety assessment given by the Food Safety Authority of Ireland (FSAI), an important step in the Novel Food process.
