Results will be available on Mosaic's website at www.mosaicco.com/investors.
The Company plans to conduct a conference call with presentation slides on Tuesday, July 29, 2008, to discuss the results. The call will begin at 11:00 a.m. Eastern Daylight Time (10:00 a.m. Central Daylight Time) and will last no longer than 60 minutes.
