S Black has introduced a new product in the ButterBuds line of natural concentrates to the UK. Oliveoil buds is an enzyme modifier concentration of extra virgin olive oil extract, spray dried onto maltodextrin powder for easy to use and easy to store ingredients applications.

Oliveoil Buds provide the natural and green flavour of extra virgin oil to be used in a wide variety of applications, including: baked products; coatings and blends; dry mix seasoning blends; sauces and dressings; meats and marinades; flavour masking; snack seasoning in crisps and crackers; and, other applications requiring “natural” or “green” flavour olive oil.

The S Black development kitchen is currently working on a range of application recipes, incorporating Oliveoil buds.
