The Merjels are pectin-based jellies that can simply be used straight from the pail, cutting down preparation time. With a smooth texture, superb flavour and high clarity to enhance fruit additions, they are ideal for strawberry tarts which are now coming into season.
Available in 12.5kg pails, the Merjels are freeze-thaw stable, allowing them to be used in frozen desserts and cakes.
