Satiety refers to the inhibition of eating following a meal.

Proteins, like pea protein, and dietary fibres can have an effect on hunger suppression and on the control of food intake. Different clinical studies demonstrate that inulin and oligofrutose promote satiety.

Cosucra has developed application concepts where the satiety concept is integrated.
