Natural functional products for the food industry WILD has succeeded in creating a basic pack containing natural antioxidants that can also be used in light-colored products. The company now offers this pack to the food industry for use in baked goods and ice cream.

Products containing antioxidants currently on the market are mainly based on bioactive ingredients from red fruits. In the past, when light yellow to orange colored products were enriched with polyphenols, the taste deteriorated. By developing new basic packs with natural antioxidants from plant extracts, WILD is now able to offer manufacturers in the food industry new possibilities: the functional ingredients can be used in diverse applications and don’t hinder the products’ great taste.
