Leading innovative ingredients supplier S. Black Ltd is pleased to introduce a new product in ButterBuds line of natural concentrates to the UK market. The OliveOil Buds is an enzyme modified concentration of Extra Virgin Olive Oil extract; spray dried onto maltodextrin powder for easy to use and easy to store ingredient applications.

OliveOil Buds provide the natural and green flavour of extra virgin olive oil to be used in a wide variety of applications, including, but not limited to the following applications:
• Baked Products
• Coatings and Blends
• Dry Mix Seasoning Blends
• Sauces and Dressings
• Meats and Marinades
• Flavour Masking
• Snack Seasoning in Crisps and Crackers
• Other applications requiring "natural" or "green" flavour of olive oil

The S. Black development kitchen are currently working on a range of application recipes, incorporating the new OliveOil Buds.
