Independent bakery manufacturer, Smart Cookie, has launched the second of its products to contain Ocean Spray ITG’s innovative BerryFusions® Fruits. Berry ‘n’ cherry oatie, which contains strawberry and raspberry BerryFusions Fruits, is expected to draw a lot of attention following the great success of the company’s cranberry and yogurt flapjack, listed by Morrisons. Available for sampling on the J.O. Sims stand at this year’s BiE, the flapjacks are proof of how BerryFusions Fruits can inspire innovations and add real value to a wide range of baked goods.
BerryFusions Fruits are natural fruit solutions that offer year-round availability and help manufacturers to innovate with fruit, while cutting production costs. Available in a wide range of natural flavours, including strawberry, raspberry, orange, mango, cherry and blueberry, BerryFusions Fruits are currently being used in successful baked goods, cereals and cereal bars around the world.
