Sims, will be showcasing its extensive range of fruit solutions at this year’s BiE. As the UK’s exclusive distributor for Ocean Spray ITG, a key highlight on the J.O. Sims stand will be BerryFusions® Fruits – a versatile, cost-effective fruit solution ideal for baked goods. Also on display will be an extensive portfolio of sweetened dried cranberries (SDCs), as well as a wide range of other fruit ingredients, such as blueberries, blackcurrants and a selection of other dried and infused fruits.
Fruit is ideal for adding taste, colour and consumer appeal, and also confers a better-for-you image to baked goods. BerryFusions Fruits are natural fruit solutions that are process tolerant and available year-round. They allow manufacturers to bake with fruits that are traditionally difficult to work with, such as orange, mango, raspberry and strawberry.
