The CFIA, The Food Industry Suppliers Trade Show, in Rennes, France was held from 11-13 March 2008 and is yearly the biggest french regional trade show (1000 exhibitors) where suppliers of the food processing industry in France meet each other.
Solanic was presented in the booth of their partner France Protéines Services groupe MANE (FPS Groupe MANE). FPS groupe MANE entered for the Innovation Award with the Solanic product Promish 204 P™.
Promish 204 P™ is a product which can be used in the meat and fish processing industry where caseinates can be replaced in sausages, pâté and other food preparations.
