Visitors to the website have access to industry-specific information covering all markets and trends in the food and beverage industry as well as the latest company news in five different languages.
Previously, the WILD website was available in German and English. “Being a globally active company and truly service-oriented, we constantly make efforts to offer customers and partners an added value. This includes providing easy access to our information – and now, this is also available in French, Spanish and Russian”, states Christopher Beck, Vice President Marketing BtB Europe at WILD.
Since the relaunch of the site eighteen months ago,the website is structured concisely, featuring industry-specific menu-navigation. With just a few clicks, visitors find reports on the current trends and international growth sectors of the food and beverage industry and the appropriate WILD ingredient solutions and products – all well-organized and displayed in user-friendly form. Distinct pointers are provided to the process technology and consumer products business areas.
In addition, registered users can log-in to a password-protected area of the site to obtain data on per-capita consumption, current information from the WILD legal department, and graphic material for download. Under FAQ’s, users can take advantage of the information service that will provide answers to industry-specific questions.
WILD offers significant added value in the Service section of the site – providing customers and interested visitors an information platform. In addition to a press and download area, an events calendar gives an overview of the international events and tradeshows related to the food and beverage industry.
