LOS ANGELES, California – January 31st, 2008 – A new CD-ROM on the benefits of NattoGold, the next generation of nattokinase, was released by Novel Ingredient Services. Included in the digital presentation are clinical studies, technical data, and the original scientific articles by Dr. Sumi on the nattokinase enzyme.

NattoGold is a new whole food form of nattokinase with all the healthy probiotic Bacillus subtilis and Vitamin K2 (MK-7) benefits found in the popular Japanese dish.
