Jim DeGroff, Managing Partner of FORMULATOR Software, announced the release of FORMULATOR Version 4.8 containing significant new technology for Nutrient Products’ Manufacturers. Now Food, Beverage & Nutritional Supplement Formulators will be able to automate recipe ingredient nutritional balance to meet multiple nutritional objectives. Once the recipe is formulated nutritional and supplemental labels can be created from the recipe base on new Label Designer logic. Nutritional Label Design and automated output functions are included with the 4.8 FORMULATOR Nutritional Version release.
Dubbed “Nutrient ANALYZER” and “Nutrient Label Designer” the new FORMULATOR Nutritional release brings the Food Technologist and Food Supplement Formulation Chemist significant new nutrient formulating tools. The benefits of speedy and accurate nutritional formulation offers cost savings and competitive advantages to Nutrient Manufacturers.
In addition to ANALYZER and Label Designer, the new version 4.8 release also improves the management of Allergen statements and updates the USDA Nutritional Database to the latest version supplied with the Nutrient Version of FORMULATOR.
FORMULATOR Lab-Book is available as a single user or network version and can be integrated with full Batch Process ERP software as well as Accounting software. The live FORMULATOR software program with demonstration data is available on CD or can be downloaded to be tested live at no charge by qualified Formulation Chemists and Food Technologists.
