WILD will be presenting new concepts that have been developed and produced in its new manufacturing facility located in the Jebel Ali Free Zone in Dubai.
Local Production Plant in Dubai
With the state-of-the-art production facility including manufacturing and warehousing as well as office space on a total area of 20,000 square meters, WILD is able to provide tailor-made solutions, product concepts, ingredients and services for the customers and partners in the Middle East region. The company transfers international food and beverage trends and adopts them to the local market conditions. Developing innovative products that meet the local palate is one of WILD’s outstanding strengths.
Combining traditional and new flavors
In line with the current trend to combine traditional flavors such as pomegranate, ginger, mango or cardamom with flavors that are relatively new to the Middle East consumers, WILD will show innovative food and beverage concepts at Gulfood Dubai. Product concepts such as Ethnic Drinks are designed and developed to suit the local consumer preferences.
Healthy beverage concepts
With beverage concepts for nectars and juice drinks based on superfruit extracts, WILD serves the trend towards natural and healthy ingredients. Superfruits contain large amounts of polyphenols which may prevent the damage that free radicals can cause in the body. In doing so, they can perform important cell-protecting functions. At Gulfood Dubai, WILD will also present low GI beverage concepts using its natural fruit sweetener Fruit Up®. With respect to the health benefits, low glycemic products truly fulfill the current consumer demands. The second generations of Flavored Water - Near Waters containing real juice – also provide a healthy image.
Fruity food concepts
WILD also supplies the food industry with natural ingredients such as natural flavors, natural colors or specialty ingredients like natural functional flavors. At Gulfood Dubai, WILD will present fruit preparations for use in different food products as well as fruit bars. To obtain a fresh, fruity taste in baked goods or confectionery, WILD offers flavor granules that do not just ensure an exciting sensory experience but also a visual experience: They give products a fruity taste and at the same time an eyecatching appearance and a crunch effect.
