 | | LYCORED APPOINTS ANDREW KENDRICK | | | LycoRed Ltd | | 09/01/2008 | | | LycoRed Ltd., Israel has named Andrew Kendrick Ph.D. as International Technical Development Manager. Dr. Kendrick has joined the LycoRed team to provide the technical support necessary to ensure that customer’s are able to make optimum use of the carotenoids in LycoRed’s portfolio.
Dr. Kendrick received his Ph.D. from Hull University, UK. In recent years, he has had 10 papers published in peer reviewed journals. He has 20 years technical and commercial experience working with natural ingredients for leading natural colours companies including Overseal Natural Ingredients and Roha.
“I am very pleased to be joining LycoRed at such an exciting time in the natural products industry. Consumer awareness of the antioxidant health benefits of carotenoids, including lycopene, lutein and beta-carotene, is increasing rapidly,” says Dr. Kendrick. “The challenge for me is to ensure we continue to formulate high-value carotenoids to our customers’ satisfaction.”
