Friesland Foods Domo and Novasep Process have signed apartnership agreement for the joint development ofseparation technology. The aim of the cooperation is todevelop innovative technology with which new(functional) ingredients can be produced and existingproducts improved.
Friesland Foods Domo develops, produces and markets high-qualitywhey- and milk-based ingredients, which it supplies to infant nutrition, foodand pharmaceutical companies all over the world. Friesland FoodsDomo’s expertise on dairy ingredients and Novasep Process’stechnological know-how combine tocreate an extensive technologyplatform. Under the terms of the agreement, the relationship will beexclusive for new technologies to develop and produce ingredients whichare considered as strategic for both companies. The partnershipagreement will last for five years.
