With greater issue on the importance of food safety, Haldin’s steam sterilized ingredients could offer a better option for the market. The steam sterilized ingredients are produced with the use of steam sterilization technology, a safe and simple method to eliminate microbial organisms in raw materials through double hot steam process at the temperature of 160° – 180°C. Our main steam sterilized ingredients are black and white pepper, cinnamon, clove, nutmeg, turmeric and ginger. These products are most suitable to be used as core and complementary ingredients for sauce and seasoning, meat and food processing, salty and savory snacks, instant foods, dairy and ice cream and food service industry.
Another new line of basic materials are the freeze dried fruits. The freeze dried technology is known as one of the simple and safest preservation method, which could deliver ingredients in many forms from bits to powder. Haldin’s freeze dried products are made from selected range of fruits and processed through controlled condition of water content elimination aimed to achieve optimal preservation of color, taste, aroma, original texture and active ingredients.
