Following the success of their popular hire service, Loma, the inspection technology specialists, have developed two new service products in reaction to customer demand.

Loma is already renowned for its impeccable before and after sales service, as well as offering reliable preventative and necessary maintenance. The new service offerings will mean than the ongoing service required can be tailored to suit the needs of each individual application. This greater flexibility means that Loma’s customers can select from a comprehensive list of services to find the best package for their needs.

Loma have introduced ‘Customised Commissioning’. By recognising that manufacturers not only require bespoke machinery but also a tailor made calibration, operator and engineer training and maintenance package; Loma can cater for varying customer requirements and manufacturing practices.

With manufacturers having vastly differing training requirements, the customised commissioning allows Loma’s customers to select from three commissioning bands that incorporate varying levels of comprehensive operator training. Loma machines are engineered for quick, simple set up and to be straightforward to use, but with the provision of operator training customers can ensure that the machines will be operated to their full capabilities.

In addition to the customised commissioning, a new equipment spares kit has been developed to offer manufacturers additional peace of mind. Loma’s customers know that Loma will always be available to provide ongoing and preventative maintenance, both remotely and on-site, but with the provision of a spares kit means that in the unlikely event any unforeseen maintenance is required, downtime is minimised as repairs can be made by engineers on-site.

The advanced inspection systems that Loma supply are known for their robustness and longevity. The robust systems can be kept in top working order by Loma’s dedicated team of service engineers, and the spares kit provides added assurance that customers can use the quality, genuine Loma parts for maintenance if required.

These new service offerings are to enhance Loma’s top level of before and after sales service. Regular maintenance is essential for optimum performance of the machines, and Loma are able to offer this to their customers on an ongoing basis. The service infrastructure that Loma have in place ensures all customers benefit from swift, efficient maintenance, refurbishment and repairs.

Loma’s Bradford service centre is ideally located to respond to all before and after sales service enquiries, nationwide, and the service centre is always on-call to assist with any customer service requirements, such as preventative and emergency maintenance. Loma’s full service offerings are intrinsically linked to provide all clients with individually tailored solutions to suit their needs and budget.

The new service products now being offered by Loma compliment the high quality machines and customer service that Loma already offers the market.
