Along with checking out books, preparing for exams and conducting research, students and faculty can now nosh on some craveable food at the University of Memphis Ned R. McWherter Library where the newest Einstein Bros.(R) Bagels license location opened on Sept. 24.

The Einstein Bros. offers a great tasting selection of its famous bagels and shmears, Darn Good Coffee(R), crisp, fresh salads, decadent sweets and eclectic sandwiches made with high quality ingredients.

"The comfortable neighborhood setting of Einstein Bros. is a great place to meet friends and study," said Paul Carolan, senior vice president of franchising and licensing for Einstein Noah Restaurant Group, Inc. (Nasdaq: BAGL). "The brand just lends itself well to the college environment and what students are looking for in menu offerings and atmosphere."

The University of Memphis restaurant became the 69th Einstein Bros. currently open on a college campus. It is the 17th license location to open so far this year, as Einstein Noah Restaurant Group draws closer to the 30-40 total license locations it plans to open in 2007.

"Einstein Noah Restaurant Group continues to grow," said Paul Murphy, CEO. "I'm pleased to introduce the popular Einstein Bros. brand to the University of Memphis and its students and faculty."
