Carolina Barbecue Chicken This Southern-style barbecue chicken is low in calories, fat and carbs. Prep Time: 10 minutes Cook Time: 15 minutes Marinate Time: 1 hour 6 large boneless skinless chicken breast halves or thighs (about 2 lbs.) 1/2 cup plus 2 sucralose sugar substitute, divided Tbsp. 3/4 cup FRENCH'S(R) Classic Yellow(R) Mustard 1/4 cup cider vinegar 3 tablespoons FRANK'S(R) REDHOT(R) Cayenne Pepper Sauce 2 tablespoons vegetable oil 2 tablespoons FRENCH'S(R) Worcestershire Sauce 1. Place chicken into resealable plastic bag. Combine 1/2 cup sugar substitute, mustard, vinegar, Frank's RedHot Sauce, oil and Worcestershire in 2-cup measure; mix well. Pour 2/3 cup mixture over chicken. Seal bag; marinate in refrigerator 1 hour or overnight. 2. Pour remaining mustard mixture into small saucepan. Stir in remaining 2 Tbsp. sugar substitute. Heat through. Reserve for serving sauce. 3. Discard marinade. Grill chicken on greased rack over medium-high heat 15 minutes or until chicken is no longer pink in center, turning once. Serve chicken with reserved sauce.
