(OTC Bulletin Board: FDOG) announces that it has commenced trading today. Famous Uncle Al's Hot Dogs & Grille, Inc. common stock will trade on the OTC Bulletin Board under the symbol "FDOG." A Registration Statement relating to these securities has been filed with, and declared effective by, the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission.
President, Dean Valentino stated, "Having been approved, by the SEC as a public company and, for listing on the OTC Bulletin Board by the NASD we are very pleased to commence public trading."
Famous Uncle Al's Hot Dogs & Grille, Inc. is a restaurant franchise company operating franchised restaurants in Connecticut, Virginia, Florida, and Nevada. Famous Uncle Al's restaurants originated in Virginia in 1985; in 2002 the Company acquired the exclusive rights to franchise the restaurant concept.
Valentino added, "We have streamlined and redesigned the original restaurant concept to create a simple to operate, low overhead, affordable franchise opportunity. Franchised restaurants operate in Danbury, Ct, Las Vegas, NV, Naples, Coco Beach, Winterspring and Melbourne, FL. as well as in Franklin, Chesapeake and Virginia Beach, VA. In the next 60 days we are looking forward to opening a second restaurant in Las Vegas and starting construction on our first restaurant in Phoenix and another in the Virginia Beach area."
The Company markets its franchise opportunity through regional directors, who are responsible for developing Famous Uncle Al's Restaurants in their assigned territory.
Director of Marketing, Richard Michael explained, "We have developed a business model based on a format utilized by some of the most successful franchise restaurant companies in the industry. We are now accepting applications for regional directors in many parts of the country."
